The new MicroMasters, delivered in partnership with edX, is designed for mid-career managers and advanced professionals working in global development and looking to move into leadership roles.

The MicroMasters program consists of a series of four, 8-12 week online courses designed to advance development professionals’ careers, and offer a unique entry path into the Master of Leadership in Global Development (launching in 2018):

  4. Critical Development Perspectives

The Leaders in Global Development MOOC will teach students key leadership skills specific to the global development sector, equipping them to build a shared vision and lead across boundaries, whether geographical, cultural, organisational, or disciplinary. The course will also help students identify leadership styles, the different types of power, and the tools for gaining legitimacy in their development work.
